Instrument Structure:
The electric control box of the plate vulcanizing machine structure is separately installed on the right side of the host. Each electric heating plate of the electric heating type has 6 electric heating tubes with a total power of 3.0KW. The middle-layer hot plate of this machine is accurately installed in the middle of the four uprights, and is equipped with a guide frame. This machine uses tubular electric heating elements for heating, does not require boilers, reduces air pollution, keeps the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. It can be used as a stand-alone machine, which is convenient for users. This machine is equipped with an oil storage tank in the lower left corner, which is filled with oil, and the oil supply pump is used for circulating functions. The type of oil used, N32# or N46# hydraulic oil is recommended. The oil must be filtered by a 100 mesh/25×25 filter screen before it can be injected into the oil tank. The oil must be kept clean and not mixed with impurities.
Management and Operation:
This machine is equipped with an electrical control box for operating the motor to run, stop and control the heating system. The joystick on the control valve can control the flow direction of the pressure oil. Before the equipment is used, the filtered pure oil should be injected into the oil storage tank. The oil tank is provided with an oil filling hole, and the oil filling height is according to the oil standard height.
Before the equipment is used normally, it must be tested under dry operation. Before the test, check whether the connecting parts are loose and whether the pipelines are firm. The specific requirements for the test run are as follows:
1. Pull down the operating handle of the control valve, open the control valve, start the oil pump, and let the oil pump run idling for 10 minutes until the sound is normal before no-load operation.
2. Pull the handle upwards, close the control valve, let the hydraulic oil with a certain pressure enter the oil cylinder, and make the plunger rise to the time when the hot plate is closed.
3. The number of hot plate closures for dry run test run should not be less than 5 times. After confirming that the machine meets the design requirements, it can be put into normal use.
