The DRK-Eco-P40 series nitrogen generators can meet the nitrogen requirements of different types of nitrogen blowers, sulfur dioxide distillers, CAD, ELSD and other equipment.
The instrument is equipped with a high-power compressor, enabling fast gas production; it has a built-in large-capacity double-branch stainless-steel gas storage tank, ensuring more stable gas output.
The instrument is equipped with multi-stage filters and a refrigerated drying system, which can ensure that the output gas is clean and has a low dew point.
The instrument adopts a unique noise reduction and shock absorption structure, resulting in low noise during operation; it is equipped with a high-power silent fan and a unique heat dissipation air duct, which can quickly reduce the temperature of the compression chamber and extend the service life of the compressor.
The instrument has a zero-air-consumption automatic drainage function and a maintenance reminder function.
The instrument is equipped with a visible flow meter, allowing real-time monitoring of gas consumption.
The bottom is designed with load-bearing pulley locks, ensuring stable placement and convenient movement.
After installation, it can operate unattended for a long time, continuously supplying gas to the instrument.
