DRK109 break resistance tester maintenance and common troubleshooting

I. Equipment maintenance

1) Film replacement

After using for a period of time, when it is found that the film has obvious deformation and the resistance is lower than the required value range, it should be replaced. The film replacement method is as follows:

1.1 Under startup state, first “down” button, the machine will stop automatically (at this time the piston has returned to the starting position); 1.2 Turn the handwheel clockwise, and the pressure indication number is greater than 0.69mpa;

1.3 Turn the lower pressure plate counterclockwise with the special wrench of the instrument;

1.4 Shake the handwheel and take out the lower pressure plate and film; (For convenient operation, you can unscrew the upper chuck and put it aside.)

1.5 Then unscrew the screw on the oil cup (above the machine);

1.6 Wipe the silicone oil on the base surface of the lower pressure ring, wait for a few minutes, and find that the oil level of the oil groove below the film is slightly higher and overflows a little. At this time, tighten the screw on the oil cup, place the new film evenly, and cover the upper and lower pressure plates;

1.7 Rotate the lower pressure plate clockwise by hand until it stops spinning; After a minute or so, unscrew the hand wheel to tighten the upper and lower pressure plate, and then tighten with a special wrench, loosen the hand wheel;

1,8 unscrew the screw on the oil cup (above the machine), add some silicone oil to the oil cup according to the situation, wait for a few minutes, check whether the film is in the natural state below (slightly bulging), tighten the screw on the oil cup after normal.

2) Replacement of silicone oil

According to the frequency of instrument use and silicone oil pollution, it is necessary to replace the silicone oil, which is 201-50LS methyl silicone oil.

2.1 Remove the film according to the film replacement method;

2.2 Tilt the instrument slightly forward, and use the oil suction device to suck up the dirty oil in the cylinder block;

2.3 Inject clean silicone oil into the cylinder with the absorber, inject silicone oil into the storage cylinder, and fill the oil cup with oil;

2.4 Install the film according to the point method in the film replacement method, and exhaust the air to make it meet the requirements;

3) Lubrication in order to ensure the working accuracy of the instrument and prolong the service life, it is necessary to lubricate the relevant parts of the instrument in regular activity on schedule.

Two. Error sources and general fault discharge

1. The calibration of the number display of burst resistance is unqualified;

2 film resistance out of tolerance;

3 the pressure of clamping sample is not enough or uneven;

4 residual air in the system;

5. Check whether the film is damaged/expired;

6. If the pressure ring is loose, tighten it with a spanner;

7. Residual air; (Loosen the screw on the oil cup and tighten it again after a few minutes);

8.Recalibrate (no need to calibrate after circuit failure and long time use);
