The specific steps of carton compression machine test are as follows:
1. Select the test type
When you are ready to start a test, first choose the type of test (what test to do). Select the main window menu “Test Selection” – “Static stiffness Test” will display a window such as static stiffness test data on the right side of the main window. The data window can then be filled with the specimen information
2, input the specimen information
Click the New Record button in the upper left corner of the data window; Enter the basic information of the specimen in the input area.
3, test operation
① Place the specimen properly on the carton compression machine, and prepare the testing machine.
② Select the load gear of the testing machine in the main window display area.
③ Select the test mode in the “Test Mode Selection” on the main window. If there is no special requirement, select “Automatic Test” and input test parameters to better control the test process. (After setting the parameters, press the “Start” button or F5 in the button control area to start the test. In the control process, please closely watch the process of the test, if necessary, manual intervention. In the process of test control, it is best not to carry out irrelevant operations, so as not to affect the control.
④After the specimen is broken, the system will automatically record and calculate the test results. After completing one piece, the testing machine will automatically unload. At the same time, the operator can replace the next piece between tests. If time is not enough, click the [Stop] button to stop the test and replace the specimen, and set the “interval timing” time to a longer point, and then click the “Start” button to continue the test.
⑤After completing one set of tests, if there is no new record to be created for the next set of tests, create a new record and repeat Steps 2-6; If there are still unfinished records, repeat steps 1-6.
The system will shut down under the following conditions:
Manual intervention, press the [stop] button;
Overload protection, when the load exceeds the upper limit of overload protection;
The software system determines that the specimen is broken;
4, Print statements
When the test is complete, the test data can be printed.
