Brief Introduction to the Condom Electrical Leakage Tester
The Condom Electrical Leakage Tester is a fast and effective device. Its design meets the certification requirements of GB7544 – 2009 Appendix L Pinhole Test, ISO4074:2002 (Natural Rubber Latex Condoms – Technical Requirements and Test Methods), ISO4074:2015, AFNOR (French Standardization Association), DIN (German Institute for Standardization), etc.
Features of the Condom Electrical Leakage Tester
- Standard – equipped fixtures can complete the test easily without damaging the sample.
- It offers a comfortable and safe operation experience, features a compact structure, is easy to maintain, and operates quickly and reliably.
- It has a high – definition LCD display. The test process can be operated “with one – key”, which is highly efficient and intelligent. It can also be manually tested step – by – step.
- It is equipped with 10 independent automatically lifting test heads. Professional measurement and control software can conduct real – time statistics, and test data is automatically displayed.
- It has a wide test range and can meet the testing needs of various sizes of samples.
- It complies with the conductivity leakage test method of ISO4074:2002.
Test Principle
Condoms are inspected for pinholes by the method of electronic shielding. A condom without pinholes is like an insulator, and the current will not form a loop and flow through the condom. Conversely, a condom with pinholes will form an electric current loop.
