Rubber non-rotor vulcanizing instrument analysis system is a kind of domestic leading technology, highly automatic vulcanizing characteristics of rubber testing equipment. This machine is used to measure the characteristics of unvulcanized rubber and find out the most suitable curing time of rubber material. Routine maintenance of rubber non-rotor vulcanizing instrument analysis system:
1 Always pay attention to keep the inside and outside of the instrument clean, do not use corrosive organic solvents, gasoline wipe test surface.
2 Do lubrication and oiling according to the following provisions.
3.1 The column should be wiped with soft silk cloth and oil once (every 2-3 weeks).
3.2 Add a little oil to the joint bearing at the second end of the connecting rod periodically (once a month)
3.3 When long-term use, the upper and lower cavity surface should be coated with a little oil to prevent rust.
Atomizer atomization (generally adjusted in every continuous opening and closing of the mold 2~3 times), there are 1~2 drops of oil, at the same time, every three months to clean the filter once, in order to prevent solenoid valve blockage, action error.
4 The pressure gauge is checked once a year.
5 At the end of each test, the glue in the mold cavity and groove should be cleaned in time to prevent slipping and affect the test results.
6 If the test data is not stable, the user should pay attention to check whether the sealing ring is damaged.
Matters needing attention
1 Vulcanizing instrument installation environment is best away from large capacity electrical equipment, especially frequent start of large capacity electrical equipment.
2 The power supply of the instrument must be well grounded to ensure equipment safety and personal safety.
