M0007 Mooney Viscometer

Mooney viscosity is a standard rotor rotating at a constant speed (usually 2 rpm) in a sample in a closed chamber. The shear resistance experienced by the rotor rotation is related to the viscosity change of the sample during the vulcanization process. It can be displayed on the dial with Mooney as the unit by the force measuring device, and the value can be read at the same time interval to make Mooney vulcanization. In the curve, when the Mooney number first drops and then rises, the time when it rises 5 units from the lowest point is called the Mooney scorch time, and the time when the Mooney scorch point rises by 30 units is called the Mooney vulcanization time.
