Product Description:
JBW series impact testing machine is used to test the resistance of metal materials under dynamic load. It is a necessary testing instrument for metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and other units. It is also an indispensable testing instrument for scientific research institutions to conduct new material research. Type is also the most commonly used impact testing machine on the market.

Technical Features:
1. This machine adopts PC microcomputer control, electric pendulum, impact, microcomputer measurement, calculation, screen display and printing results, etc., with high work efficiency and high test accuracy. After impacting the sample, the remaining energy can be used to automatically raise the pendulum to prepare for the next test. The operation is simple and the work efficiency is high. The computer can calculate and digitally display the material’s impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum angle and the average value of the test, and can print the current test data and the average value of the test
2. The main body of the testing machine is of single-support column structure, cantilever type hanging pendulum, and the pendulum is U-shaped;
3. The impact knife is installed and fixed with screws, which is simple and convenient to replace;
4. Sample simply supported beam support;
5. The host is equipped with safety protection pins and equipped with safety protection nets;
6. The testing machine is semi-automatically controlled. The pendulum raising, hanging pendulum, impact, and placement are all electrically controlled, and the remaining energy after breaking the sample can be used to automatically raise the pendulum to prepare for the next experiment. It is especially suitable for continuous impact. Testing laboratories and metallurgical and machinery manufacturing departments that do a large number of impact tests; the testing machine meets the requirements of GB/T229-2007 “Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method” for impact testing of metal materials.
