Under normal circumstances, the enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of the nerve conduction metabolite (acetylcholine), and the hydrolyzed product reacts with the color reagent to produce a yellow substance. Use a pesticide residue detector to measure the absorbance change with time to calculate the inhibition rate, which can be judged by the inhibition rate Find out whether the sample contains organophosphorus or carbamate pesticides.
