F0031 Automatic Foam Air Permeability Tester️

This automatic foam air permeability tester is used to monitor the air permeability of polyurethane foam materials. The principle of the machine is to test how easy it is for air to pass through the cellular structure inside the foam. The final air permeability value is the most indirect test value to determine the performance of the honeycomb structure in the foam. The F0031 air permeability tester is designed according to the current international standards and is specially used to test polyurethane foam materials. The test port is 50*50*25mm. After placing the sample, a vacuum chamber is formed, and continuous air pressure is automatically applied after the experiment starts. Before the experiment starts, the user can set the pressure value on the touch screen. After the experiment starts, the air permeability tester reaches the set pressure value at a certain rate and automatically completes the test.
