It is widely used to measure the softness and hardness of lubricating grease, petrolatum and medical cartilage agents or other semi-solid substances. It plays an important role in the process of design, quality control and identification of product characteristics. The penetration depth of the test cone within 5 seconds of the test object (or a different time interval set by yourself) after the test cone is released. Its unit is 0.1mm as a penetration degree. The greater the penetration, the softer the sample, and vice versa.
The measurement method conforms to the national standard GB/T26991, with compact structure design, liquid crystal display, automatic data collection and corresponding statistical calculations, and print out the measurement report. Can connect to PC to output data. The entire testing process is very simple and fully complies with the provisions of the National Pharmacopoeia. The measurement results are accurate, with good repeatability and system stability.
