The DRK645 ultraviolet light weather resistance test box uses fluorescent ultraviolet lamps as the light source, and performs accelerated weather resistance experiments on materials by simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to obtain the results of the material weather resistance. It can simulate the environmental conditions such as ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness and so on in natural climate, and can automatically execute the number of cycles.

Features

Humanized Design:
1. The outer shell, inner liner and box cover are all made of stainless steel. The test frame is composed of gaskets and extension springs, and is made of aluminum alloy materials.
2. Controller: “Popular Type” is an intelligent digital display controller, and “Export Type” is an imported LCD touch screen controller.
3. The input adopts digital correction system, built-in PT-100 sensor, and the measurement is accurate and stable.
The distance between the surface of the sample and the plane of the ultraviolet lamp is 50 mm and parallel to each other.
4. After the specified radiation time, the surface of the sample is turned into a non-radiation state that simulates the night. At this time, the surface of the sample is still exposed to the saturated mixture of indoor hot air and water vapor, while the back of the test is exposed to surroundings (condensation) The air in the space is cooled to form an exposed state of condensation on the test surface.
5. A total of 8 domestic UV series ultraviolet lamps are installed on both sides of the studio, and imported UV ultraviolet lamps are optional; when the inner tank is at a low water level, it will automatically replenish water.
6. The heating method is tank-type heating in the inner tank, with fast heating and uniform temperature distribution.
7. The bottom of the test box adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels; the box cover is a two-way flip type, which can be opened and closed easily.

Spray Control System:
1. Spray uniformity adjustment: use the manual control function of the controller to observe the spray status when the door is open, and the nozzle can be adjusted or replaced;
2. Sprinkler status monitoring: The machine is equipped with a sprinkler device. The sprinkler device simulates the sudden temperature change and rain erosion when it rains. There are several nozzles for uniform spraying. The spray time can be set by yourself.
3. Safety function:
1. Protective door lock: If the door of the box body is opened when the lamp is in the working state, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply of the lamp, and automatically enter the equilibrium state to cool down, so as to avoid human body injury.
2. Over-temperature protection of the temperature inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 80℃, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply of the lamp and heater, and enter the equilibrium state for cooling.
3. Low water level alarm in the water tank to prevent the heater from burning empty
