DRK643 salt spray test chamber is widely used in electroplated parts, paints, coatings, automotive and motorcycle parts, aviation and military parts, metal material protective layer and electrical and electronic systems and other industrial products salt spray corrosion test.

This is a water spray testing machine, aiming at the surface treatment of various materials, including coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic skin film, anodic treatment, anti-rust oil, corrosion resistance, and thus achieve long-term corrosion resistance of products.

1, the whole adopts imported P.V.C board system, the inner box adopts ring three-dimensional reinforcement technology, the structure is strong and never deformed.

2, the laboratory is heated in the way of five-sided heating, which can ensure that the average temperature of the laboratory is mastered (±1℃).

working principle

This machine adopts Benoit’s theorem to absorb salt water and atomize, which will double the mist diffusion speed and naturally fall on the test piece, and the fog fall difference can be controlled to ±0.3mml/min80cm2H. Saturated air adopts Henry’s law, which is heated and humidified, and provides the humidity required by the laboratory. Humidity is a prerequisite to directly affect the corrosion rate, the company uses P.I.D temperature controller, control error within ±0.5℃. The only use of full detection system, when the fault occurs, can be lit up.
