DRK516C fabric flexing tester is used to test the resistance to repeated flexing damage of coated fabrics. This machine is the S childknecht test method.

Standards compliant:
GB/T 12586-2003 Rubber or plastic coated fabrics-Determination of flexural damage resistance
(Method C fold flexion method), ISO 7854, BS 3424:Part9

Test principle:
The long coated fabric sample strip is stitched into a cylindrical shape. Place the coated fabric cylinder between two discs and fix it in position, one of which reciprocates about 90° on its axis to twist the specimen, and the other disc reciprocates along its axis to compress Sample. After a certain number of twists and compressions or until the sample is obviously damaged, the flexural damage resistance of the sample can be evaluated.

Technical parameter:
1. Test station: 4 groups
2.Disc: diameter 63.5mm, width 15mm
3. Rotation speed: 200±10r/min (3.33Hz±0.17Hz)
4. Rotation angle: 90°±2°
5. Compression speed: 152±4r/min (2.53Hz±0.07Hz)
6. Compression stroke: 70mm
7.The distance between the inner side of the cylindrical flange: Max.180mm±3mm
8. Sample size: 220mmx190mm, one piece each for warp and weft
9. Sample stitching size: cylindrical, length 190mm, inner diameter 64mm
10.Counting: 0~999 999 times can be set
11.Volume (WxDxH): 57x39x42cm
12.Weight (approximately): ≈60Kg
13.Power supply: 1∮ AC 220V 50Hz 3A
