DRK219B Automatic Torque Meter

The DRK219B automatic torque meter is suitable for the locking and opening torque value of bottle packaging container caps. It can meet the needs of bottle manufacturers to detect their own products, and can also meet the detection of container packaging bottle caps by food and pharmaceutical companies. Whether the torque value is appropriate has a great influence on the intermediate transportation of the product and the final consumption. The instrument test process is fully automatic, reducing the error of test results caused by manual operation.

Applications
It can be applied to the test of the torque value of bottled packaging products, nozzle packaging products, and flexible packaging products.

Test Methods
Fix the sample bottle body on the bottom clamping plate, the bottom clamping plate can be automatically rotated by the motor, adjust the height through the sample, fix the bottle cap in the upper fixture, and the lower clamping chassis drives the bottle body to rotate automatically. Cause the upper bottle cap fixture to test the torque value required to rotate the bottle cap clockwise or counterclockwise through the torque sensor.
