This pocket-sized test meter can measure both surface impedance and resistance to ground, with a wide range from 103 ohms/□ to 1012 ohms/□, with an accuracy of ±1/2 range.
Applications
To measure the surface impedance, place the meter on the surface to be measured, press and hold the red measurement (TEST) button, the continuously lit light-emitting diode (LED) indicates the magnitude of the measured surface impedance.

Measure resistance to ground
Insert the ground wire into the ground (Ground) socket, which insulates the right side detection electrode of the meter (on the same side as the socket). Connect the alligator clip to your ground wire.
Place the meter on the surface to be measured, press and hold the TEST button, the continuously luminous LED indicates the magnitude of the resistance to ground. The unit of this measurement is ohms.
technical standard
The instrument uses the ASTM standard D-257 parallel electrode sensing method, which can easily and repeatedly measure various conductive, electrostatic discharge, and insulating surfaces.
