DRK150 ink absorbency tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB12911-1991 “Method for Measuring Ink Absorption of Paper and Paperboard”. This instrument is to measure the performance of paper or cardboard to absorb standard ink in a specified time and area.

Structure and working principle:
The instrument is composed of a base, an ink wiping table, a fan-shaped body, a connecting rod, a paper roll holder, and an electrical control system. After the sample is coated with ink according to the specified area, it is placed on the ink wiping table, and under a certain pressure, the ink wiping table and the sector move relative to wipe off the excess ink according to the specified speed and absorption time.

Maintenance and troubleshooting:
When using the instrument, pay attention to prevent impact and vibration, the fastening screws of all parts should not be loosened, and lubricate the lubricating parts.
The instrument adopts CMOS circuit, and special attention should be paid to moisture-proof and anti-static measures. The base must be well grounded.
