Applications

Technical Standard
Test principle: using electric heating method, directly inject water into the cooking chamber to heat, generate high-pressure steam needed for cooking, and cook the items that need to be cooked. After the cooking is completed, external compressed air and water pressure are used for rapid cooling for 3 minutes. Items can drop to 30~40℃.
The instrument complies with national standards such as GB10004-1998GB21302-2007.
