The DRK136 film impact tester is used to determine the impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as plastics and rubber.
Features
The machine is an instrument with simple structure, convenient operation and high test accuracy.
Applications
It is used to test the pendulum impact resistance of plastic film, sheet and composite film. For example, PE/PP composite film, aluminized film, aluminum-plastic composite film, nylon film, etc. used for food and drug packaging bags are suitable for testing the pendulum impact resistance of paper and cardboard, such as aluminized cigarette pack paper, Tetra Pak aluminum-plastic paper Composite materials, etc.
Technical Standard
This instrument uses a semi-spherical punch to impact and break through the sample at a certain impact speed, thereby measuring the energy consumed by the punch, and using this energy to evaluate the pendulum impact energy value of the film sample. The equipment meets: Regulations and requirements of GB 8809-88.
