Working Principle:
The DRK104 electronic cardboard piercing strength tester is composed of a pendulum system sample holding device, a pointer dial pyramid (piercing head) operating system and other parts. According to the functional principle, the instrument installs a triangular prism pyramid designed and produced according to the standard geometry on a pendulum with a special shape, and uses the energy of the pendulum to make the triangular pyramid penetrate the sample.

Instrument Structure:

(2) Pendulum device: It is composed of pendulum body, pendulum shaft, piercing head and heavy mound.
(3) The test part is composed of pointer, pointer shaft and dial.
(4) Specimen clamping device: composed of upper and lower pressing plates and clamping springs.
(5) The release body is composed of a pillar and a release body handle.
