Instrument use:

For fiber fineness measurement and blended fiber blend content testing. And can observe the cross-sectional shape of hollow fibers and special-shaped fibers. The fiber longitudinal and cross-sectional microscopic images are collected by a digital camera, and the longitudinal diameter data test of the fiber can be quickly realized with the assistance of software intelligence, and has the functions of fiber type labeling, statistical analysis, EXCEL output, electronic report and other functions.

The fiber diameter measurement conforms to the provisions of the national standard GB/T 10685 wool fiber diameter test method – projection microscope method.

The content measurement conforms to the national standard GB/T 16988 Determination of the content of mixtures of special animal fibers and wool.

The measurement of cotton and linen content conforms to the textile industry standard FZ/T30003 quantitative analysis method of cotton and linen blended products microprojection method.

Function Description:

1. The longitudinal microscopic image of the fiber is obtained through a digital camera. With the intelligent assistance of the software, the operator can quickly and easily realize the functions of the longitudinal diameter of the fiber, the identification of the fiber type, and the generation of statistical reports.

2. Provides accurate scale calibration function, which fully guarantees the accuracy of fineness test data.

3. Provides professional automatic image analysis and fiber diameter prompting functions, making fiber diameter testing extremely easy.

4. In the longitudinal test, the industry standard conversion function is provided for non-circular section fibers.

5. The fiber fineness test results and type classification data can automatically generate professional data reports or export them to EXCEL tables.

6. It is suitable for measuring the diameter of animal fibers, chemical fibers, cotton and linen, etc. The measurement speed is fast, the operation is simple, and the human error is reduced.

7. The measurement range of fineness is 2～200μm.
