CSL-B Electric Notch Broaching Machine

This machine adopts high-precision ball screw drive and linear guide rail as support. This structure ensures the stability of the broach operation and the geometric accuracy of the cut. This product is equipped with a double-station broach, which can process two sample notches at the same time: one V-shaped and one U-shaped (two V-shaped or two U-shaped notches are also available). No matter whether the V-shaped or U-shaped gap is processed, there is no need to change the tool. The sample gap can only be processed in 10 seconds at a time. The operation is simple and reliable. The processed V-shaped and U-shaped gaps can meet GB2106-80 “Metal Charpy (V Type Notch) Impact Test Method” and GB229-94 “Metal Charpy (U-notch) Impact Test Method” and the corresponding requirements in domestic and foreign standards such as ASTM 　 E23, ISO148, ISO0083.
