DRK-W300A Microcomputer-controlled Charpy impact test machine is a new product developed by our company in strict accordance with GB/ T3808-2018 « Test of pendulum impact testing machine » and the recent national standard GB/ T229-2020 « Metal Charpy notch impact test Method »; It is an ideal test instrument for measuring the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic load. The device can automatically control swing, impact, swing and other actions, the display mode is double explicit: that is, the dial pointer and the computer display at the same time, and can print the impact absorption work and impact toughness test results in batch or step by step, compact structure, simple operation. The equipment has a maximum impact energy of 300J and is equipped with a 150J pendulum.
Technological advantage
The working principle of this machine is to use high-precision photoelectric encoder and computer with special measurement, control and calculation software to detect the impact absorption work and impact toughness of materials by detecting the difference between the potential energy before and after the impact of the pendulum. The display mode is double explicit: that is, the dial pointer and the computer are displayed simultaneously. The computer can display the impact absorption work and impact toughness, and can automatically process the test data and generate the test report automatically. The action control of swing, unpin, impact and release can be manually controlled by the manual box or automatically controlled by the mouse input using the computer program, and the test results can be printed in batches or one by one.
This machine adopts Japanese Panasonic PLC as the lower computer control, brand computer as the upper computer control, the upper computer program adopts VB programming, RS232 communication mode, to complete the data exchange and instruction transmission of the upper and lower computer, and make full use of the powerful function of the PC for data processing, report processing, etc. A high precision rotary encoder is used to obtain the real time position of the pendulum and the impact absorption work. It has the characteristics of reliable system, stable and accurate data.
