一．仪器主要模块介绍

I. Introduction to main module

（一）.HTL系列高精度恒温浴槽

 (1) HTL series high precision thermostatic bath

1、浴槽采用双仓体原理设计和独特的循环方式，保证了整个测量仓内非常小的温度梯度和

很高的温度精度，温度均匀度达到≤0.01℃（与CR系列流经式制冷器配合）；

1. The dual chamber principle design and unique circulating way ensures the very small temperature gradient and high temperature precision in the whole measurement chamber and the evenness degree of the temperature less than 0.01 C (in coordination with CR series flow refrigerator).

2、双仓设计，测量仓内的液面高度可不受浴液的蒸发而长时间维持恒定，保证了测量过程中环境的一致性；

2. The dual chamber design ensures that the liquid level of measurement chamber keeps constant for a long time without being affected by evaporation of the bath preparation and the consistency with environment in the measurement process.

3、安全性：具有高、低浴位报警功能，自动切断加热保护功能；

3. Security: With high and low bath alarm function, it has the function of automatic disconnection heating protection.

4、温控部分和恒温浴槽槽体可轻松分离，非常方便清洗浴槽混匀区；

5、温控器采用原装进口，温控精度高且具有自适应PID调节功能；

（二）、IV粘度测量单元

 (2) IV viscosity measurement unit

1、IV粘度测量单元与IV-MC主控制器只需一根UBS数据线的连接；

1. IV viscosity measurement unit can be connected to IV-MC main controller by USB data line.

（1）采用智能近红外光电传感器，保证测量时间可以精确到毫秒级；

（2）材料：采用不锈钢铠装，耐腐蚀及寿命长；

种不同颜色的样品，包括纯黑母粒；

3、精准及稳定的定位，使测量间距精确到ISO规定的40mm，符合标准要求；

（三）.IV-MC主控制器及V1.0操作系统

(3) IV-MC main controller and V1.0 operation system

1、IV-MC主控制器是自动粘度测试仪系统的中央模块，是各个测量单元和PC的连接中枢，控制系统最多能与6个IV测量单元连接，而且与每个测量单元只需一根数据线的连接；

1. IV-MC main controller is the central module of automatic viscometer system, junction center between each measuring unit and PC. The control system can be connected to maximum 6 IV connecting units with only one data line for each measuring unit.

2、IV-MC主控制器与IV测量单元及PC端的连接方式：USB；
