DRK-DT8 Automatic Potentiometric Titrator
Automatic Potentiometric Titrator is a high-precision electrochemical analytical instrument that applies potentiometric titration for capacity analysis. It adopts modular design and consists of three parts: capacity titration device, control device, and test device. It can perform acid-base titration, oxidation-reduction titration, precipitation titration, and complexation titration, among others. The instrument has functions such as normal titration, microtitration, endpoint setting titration, volume setting titration, and mode titration. Users can also build their own dedicated titration methods as needed.
Applications:
The Automatic Potentiometric Titrator is a general and basic laboratory equipment that is widely used and can be applied in various fields such as food, drug inspection, epidemic prevention and control, commodity inspection, water treatment, petroleum, chemical industry, ocean, power, environmental protection, new energy, teaching, research, etc.
Examples of titration: acid-base titration, such as oxalic acid (aqueous phase/non-aqueous phase); oxidation-reduction titration, such as iodine value and iron (II) content; precipitation titration, such as chloride content; complexation titration, such as calcium content; titration using polarization electrodes (Ipol, Upol).
Product Features:
1. Contains 2-channel liquid addition module, which can be equipped with a 16/20-position rotary plate automatic sampler.
2. Can drive multiple liquid addition module units, and the pipes and tubing should be able to withstand acid, alkali, and corrosion.
3. Imported corrosion-resistant rotary valve made of PTFE, PTFE corrosion-resistant titration tubes, and a high-power stirring platform that uses coils to achieve magnetic stirring with high-precision closed-loop control to ensure accurate titration.
4. High-precision titration tubes with an accuracy of 0.003mm.
5. Automatically checks the instrument status upon startup.
6. The overall pipeline adopts a fully sealed design, which enables quick and convenient replacement.
7. It can display the titration curve and measurement results in real time, facilitating operation.
8. It supports multiple titration methods such as acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexometric titration and non-aqueous titration.
9. It complies with GMP regulations, and the titration results meet the GLP requirements.
10. It has functions of automatic sampling, automatic pipeline cleaning, automatic measurement of experimental results, as well as automatic recording and plotting of the real-time change curve of pH-titration volume during titration.
